"CHRISTOFFERSEN.-At Norsewood on the 8th July, Edward CHRISTOFFERSEN, of Norsewood, in his 48th year. Deeply regretted...

This morning about 1 o'clock an old and valued Norsewood settler passed from amongst us. We refer to Edward CHRISTOPHERSEN, who has been residing in Norsewood for the last 15 years. Until the last three years he was an active preacher of the Wesleyan Church, but rheumatic fever and rheumatism have kept him invalided for the latter part of his life. He was universally liked and respected by all who came in contact with him. The deceased is to be buried in the Norsewood Cemetery on Thursday, and the cortege will leave the house at 2pm."
